DO YOU WANT ME TO TRASH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT?
Posted by hatemachineI have an obscene amount of homolust for Batman. This is especially true when it comes to Christopher Nolan’s take on the franchise, with both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight ranking as two of my favorite films ever (no short order, let me assure you). When it comes to the toys though, a lot of the figures have been lacking. Even the Movie Masters figures that came out for The Dark Knight, praised as they were for what they were offering in the 6″ scale, didn’t do much for me and so I held off on buying them. In fact, the last Batman action figure I bought was from when Tim Burton’s film came out in 1989. Well, technically it was my mom who bought it for me, and she bought it around March of 1990, but we’re just splitting hairs now!
So, it’s been nearly 20 years since I’ve owned a Batman figure. Recently, I was made aware of this:
